went for CO today.. was late.. at 2.15pm, i was still at home..
today a lot of instructor not here.. went for holidays?.. slackers..
hahax..
most had someone else to replace. but the whole woodwind no instructor. LB gathered the whole woodwind in 0208. cuz he want us to prac together. but a short while later.. he staring sending ppl out. in the end left ZhongSuo and Sheng ppl.. haha...

Temasek Secondary Chinese Orchestra (TMSCO) was established in the 2000.
It expanded from a plucked string ensemble to a full-fledged orchestra in the year 2001.
Under the baton of Mr Cheng Chung Hsien, TMSCO enjoyed a successful flight achieving promising results in the SYF Central Judging between April 2002 to September 2008.
Now having Mr Liu Bin leading this army, TMSCO will definitely continue to strive for excellence and is determined to scale to even greater heights.
The orchestra now consists of over 90 enthusiastic members, with us six professional instructors.

Dynamic, youthful and visionary, Temasek Secondary School Chinese Orchestra was first established in 2000. From a pluck-string ensemble, it was transformed into a full-fleged orchestra in 2001. Under the direction of SCO musicians, Mr Cheng Chung Hsien, and six other professional instructors, the orchestra has manages to clinch a silver award at the Singapore Youth Festival 2003 and two remarkable Gold awards in the Singapore Youth Festival 2005 and 2007.

The Chinese Orchestra has over 100 enthusiastic members whom are also actively involved in various performances, ranging from assembly performances to our school's annual Speech Day. There are camps and practice sessions to promote the bonding between members, living up to our very own motto - "One Big Family". Looking ahead, the orchestra is poised to scale greater heights and continue to strive for artistic excellence.
